Can't see/use folders on home network signed on as administrator

I can nto see or utilize any of my files on mu home networkk. The files are stored on the hard drives of my other computers on my home network. I can see the computers and the folders, I can not see the files in the folers, unless I have recently stored them on the computer in the folders. Use XP Pro system-wide. No recent software or update changes of note.
