Getting error "WMS ST Notif window 00000b..." not responding

Every time I close Outlook 2003 and logoff from a workstation I get error: "WMS ST Notif window 00000b...". This program is not responding. End now or cancel and so on. What is that program and how to get rid of error during logoff? Re-newing Outlook profile did not help :(
