Outlook could not open custom form

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm blessed.

I'm still having a problem with this "Outlook could not open custom form, default form will be open, check with administrator."

I got a hot fix from Microsoft support months ago and that stop the problem for maybe a few weeks and then it started again. I go into manage forms and clear the cache but that only helps for a few days or so, if that.

Is there still any fix to this problem. I have people trying to do a new task in their own mail box and it's telling them it couldn't open form and it's just the default personal task form.

I'm running Exchange 2000, with workstations running Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2002. I'm noticing the problem on both XP and 2003 workstations. Please advise!
