No transport provider error

Hi,

I use Outlook 2000 and connect to exchange server 2000. If I send a message with attachment of size more than 30 mb, I receive a non delivery notification saying

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

This does not happen when I send a message with small attachments.

Please let me know how to solve this.
