Time of Messages is Off (1) Hour

Hi,

Messages that I receive and send are one hour earlier than my computer clock shows. For example, a message that I send looks like it when out at 9:00, when I actually sent it at 8:00. Received messages show that they were sent at 10:00, when I know that the other person sent it to me at 9:00. The "am" or "pm" is correct.

Since my computer's clock is correct, I don't know what the problem is. Any ideas?
