Surprised no one else is having issues with this

Other then phil who posted the same problem on Oct 29, I have not seen any reference to the issue
of the send/receive window's behavior. It happens on every version of Vista that I have seen,
and that is once the send/receive window is forced to display details due to an error or such,
it is no longer possible to open windows mail ,hit send/receive and not have the window display
details. In outlook express, the behavior of the send/receive window was such that it would
remain in it's last state when you open outlook express and check mail. I.E. If you hide details
before closing outlook express, details will be hidden the next time you opened outlook express.
If you left details open when you close outlook express, details would remain open next time you open
outlook express.
